This Return Policy outlines the types of products we allow returns for, timeline to send items back, refund processing specifics, how to start a return, plus some additional details around our general philosophy.

General Return Policy Details

TULA Skincare accepts product returns for most unused, unopened items within 30 days of the original order delivery date. Many items can also be returned if gently used within that same 30 day timeframe as long as a majority of the product remains (detailed more below).

Once received and inspected at our returns processing facility, condition-appropriate refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 days after delivered back to us for the refund transaction to fully process.

Return shipping costs back to our facility must be covered by the customer in all cases. We recommend sending with a carrier that offers tracking and transit insurance to protect yourself in case of loss.

If an order qualified for free or discounted promotional shipping, we subtract the associated shipping charge amount from the total refund value. This covers part of the cost we took on originally to cover delivery to you.

Below are some additional specifics around what qualifies or doesn’t qualify for returns plus how to start the returns process if needed within that 30 day window.

Items Eligible for Return

The following TULA Skincare products are eligible to be returned for a full refund as long as unused and unopened within 30 days of delivery:

In addition to completely unused items, we also accept returns on most gently used skincare products if at least 50% of the item still remains. We just can’t process returns that pose health risks to our staff that handles returned merchandise.

For gently used skincare specifically, we issue refunds equal to the full sale price paid less a standard $5 reprocessing fee per item. Reimbursements are returned to your original payment method once received and validated at our facility.

All items eligible for return must still include original TULA Skincare tamper-proof seals, safety stickers, and exterior packaging. If any of those are removed or missing, we unfortunately cannot accept the return since we have no way to validate the unchanged, unused condition of the product itself.

Please note we must draw the line on returns somewhere to operate sustainably as a business. If you feel a return is reasonable or that an exception makes sense in your specific situation, please reach out right away so we can discuss further.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Given health, sanitation, and resale concerns, the following categories of TULA Skincare merchandise are non-returnable outside of situations with manufacturer damage involved:

Returns will also not be accepted or refunds provided on orders over 30 days old per our standard policy. We occasionally make very rare exceptions for extenuating personal circumstances on extremely recent orders. But in general orders older than 30 days exceed our on-hand inventory retention period.

If you received an item missing from your shipment or arrived already damaged, please contact us right away so we can send free replacements under our standard order accuracy and damage replacement policies.

TULA Skincare reserves the right to modify what qualifies or does not qualify as an eligible return category over time as needed coincide with inventory assortments. We try to minimize restricting what can be sent back, but some limitations apply towards running an efficient and sustainable business model long-term.

How to Initiate a Return

If you have determined an item recently delivered qualifies for return based on guidelines above, please follow this easy process to let us know:

  1. Email with your 9-digit TULA Skincare order number requesting a return authorization.
  2. Specify which item(s) you need to send back and the primary reason in a few words for documentation purposes.
  3. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day that is valid for your return shipment.
  4. Place unused item(s) back in original packaging and securely box up return package marked clearly with your RMA number on the outside.
  5. Generate return shipping label with the delivery carrier of your choice and send on its way back to us!

Upon receiving your return delivery, we will carefully inspect to validate meets standards and issue any qualified refunds within 2-3 days. Let us know if tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive reimbursement after that timeframe.
